12-868.   Same; combined waterworks and sewage system revenue bonds,when; act supplemental.Any city governed by the provisions of this act having authorized orissued revenue bonds under this act or having authorized or issuedwaterworks revenue bonds and sewage system revenue bonds under any otherauthority may, from time to time, without an election, issue its combinedwaterworks and sewage system revenue bonds pursuant to the provisions ofthis act in lieu of or in refund of any such revenue bonds previouslyauthorized or issued. The power herein granted to issue bonds shall besupplemental to and not amendatory of the provisions of K.S.A. 10-102.
