12-878.   Same; signature of officer on instruments.In case any officer whose signature appears upon any check, draft, bondor any interest coupon, issued pursuant to this act, ceases to hold officebefore the delivery thereof to the payee or the purchaser of any bond, suchofficer's signature nevertheless shall be valid and sufficient for allpurposes with the same effect as if such officer had remained in officeuntil delivery thereof.
