12-880.   Same; rates and charges for sale of gas.The city or the authority shall fix rates and charges for the sale ofnatural gas provided by the system which shall be at all times sufficientin the aggregate to provide revenues (a) for the payment of the interest onand principal of all bonds and other obligations payable from said revenuesand to meet all other charges upon such revenues as provided by any trustagreement executed by the city or the authority in connection with theissuance of bonds under this act, and (b) for the payment of all operatingcosts and all other costs and charges incidental to the operation of thesystem.
