Article 8.--PUBLIC UTILITIES

      12-883.   Same; enforcement of rights and performance of duties.Any holder of bonds issued under the provisions of this act or any ofthe coupons appertaining thereto, and the trustee under any trustagreement, except to the extent the rights herein given may be restrictedby such trust agreement, may, either at law or in equity, by suit, action,mandamus or other proceeding, protect and enforce any and all rights underthe laws of the state or granted hereunder or under such trust agreement orthe resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds, and may enforce andcompel the performance of all duties required by this act or by such trustagreement or resolution to be performed by the city or the authority or byany officer thereof, including the fixing, charging and collecting of ratesand charges.
