12-890.   Registered office; change in location.Each municipal energy agency shall have a registered office, which may belocated in the office of the city clerk of one of the member cities andshall have a resident agent in charge of such office for the purpose ofaccepting any legal process or notice served on the agency. When a municipalenergy agency desires to change the location of its registered office, itshall file with the secretary of state and the state corporation commissiona certificate of change of location of registered office, stating the newlocation and effective date of change. When the certificate of change oflocation has been dulyfiled, the board of directors may make the change without any further action.
