12-893.   Same; minutes, records, books of account; public inspection.The board of directors shall cause to be kept accurate minutes of theirmeetings and accurate records and books of account clearly setting out andreflecting the operation, management and business of the agency. Such booksand records shall be open to public inspection at reasonable business hours.
