Article 8.--PUBLIC UTILITIES

     
12-894.   Same; compensation, expenses.
Members of the board of directors may receive compensation as provided
in subsection (a) of K.S.A. 75-3223 and amendments thereto and
may be reimbursed for their reasonable and necessary expenses actually incurred
in the discharge of their duties.
