12-8,107.   Refunding bonds authorized.Any municipal energy agency establishedin accordance with the provisions of this act which has issued revenue bondsunder this act may issue, from time to time, revenue bonds in accordancewith the provisions of this act in order to refund any previous issue ofrevenue bonds or part thereof.
