13-1008h. Same; how assessment levied; temporary notes.The assessment for construction of such sidewalks shall be levied asprovided for in K.S.A. 12-1811, 12-1812 and 12-1814, and any amendmentsthereto: Provided, That temporary notes may be issued during theconstruction of such sidewalks and before the issuance of sidewalks bonds.
