13-1014.   Right-of-way for sewerage.The governing body may construct flushing-ditches or conduits,discharging-sewers or outlets for sewers, and connect the same with anycreek or river at any point within five miles of the corporate limits ofthe city, and for this purpose the right of eminent domain is herebygranted.
