Article 10.--PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

     
13-1014.   Right-of-way for sewerage.
The governing body may construct flushing-ditches or conduits,
discharging-sewers or outlets for sewers, and connect the same with any
creek or river at any point within five miles of the corporate limits of
the city, and for this purpose the right of eminent domain is hereby
granted.
