Article 10.--PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

     
13-1015.   Condemnation of right-of-way.
Whenever the governing body shall determine to lay off and condemn a
right of way from the corporate limits to a point on such creek or river
and to connect sewers therewith, as aforesaid, the governing body may
proceed to condemn the same as provided by law.
