13-1018i.   Cities of 95,000 or more; sewage-disposal works; cost; bonds.All the cost and expenses of construction of any suchdisposal works, including the purchase or condemnation of land therefor andincluding the purchase or condemnation of land for the construction ofsewers, drains, pumps and other appurtenances within or without the cityused in connection with such disposal works, including engineering expenseprior to construction and costs of a special election, if held, for whichbonds may be issued if the governing body determine, as hereinafterprovided, shall be borne by the city as a whole and paid out of the generalrevenue fund or by the issuance of internal improvement bonds. Such bondsshall be issued as provided by law, and shall not be issued in excess ofthe amount of the improvement. The bonds issued under this act shall not be includedin fixing the limit of the bonded indebtedness of the city issuing suchbonds.
