13-1030.   Same; condemnation, bonds and assessments for sewer right ofway.Cities of the first class shall have the power to condemn or acquire bypurchase, lands, or any easement therein, or right of way through the same,necessary for the construction and maintenance of sewers. When thegoverning body shall deem it necessary to appropriate by condemnationproceedings, any lands or any easement or right therein for theconstruction or maintenance of any sewer, within or without the limits ofsuch city, they shall proceed as provided by law. Bonds may be issued andspecial assessments levied for the cost of acquiring lands or a right ofway for a sewer, either separately or as a part of the cost of constructingsuch sewer, as may be found proper or necessary.
