13-1055b.   Same; bonds; limitations; retirement.For the purpose of paying for any main sanitary interceptor sewers orone or more main storm water sewers or drains ordered constructed underthis act, the governing body may issue general obligation bonds of thecity. Such bonds shall be issued, registered, sold and delivered inaccordance with the provisions of the general bond law and may be issuedwithout a vote of the electors. Bonds issued under the authority of thisact shall be in addition to and not subject to or within any bonded debtlimitation prescribed by any other law of this state. Bonds issued to paythe cost of main sanitary interceptor sewers may be retired from fundsreceived from sewage service charges.
