Article 10.--PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

     
13-1057.   Same; bonds; limitation.
For the purpose of paying for the building of such floodgates,
intercepting sewers and pumping plants authorized by this act, the
governing body of cities of the first class may issue bonds without regard
to other indebtedness of the city, in an amount not to exceed one hundred
twenty-five thousand dollars, and sell and dispose of the same. The credit
of the city issuing such bonds shall be pledged for the payment thereof.
