13-1057.   Same; bonds; limitation.For the purpose of paying for the building of such floodgates,intercepting sewers and pumping plants authorized by this act, thegoverning body of cities of the first class may issue bonds without regardto other indebtedness of the city, in an amount not to exceed one hundredtwenty-five thousand dollars, and sell and dispose of the same. The creditof the city issuing such bonds shall be pledged for the payment thereof.
