Article 10.--PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

     
13-1057d.   Same; bonds.
For the purpose of paying for each storm water sewer or drain ordered
constructed by it under this act, the governing body of any such city may
issue general obligation bonds in an amount not exceeding fifty thousand
dollars. Such bonds shall be issued, registered, sold and delivered in
accordance with the provisions of the general bond law and may be issued
without a vote of the electors. Such bonds shall not be subject to or
within any debt limitation now or hereafter provided by law.
