13-1057d.   Same; bonds.For the purpose of paying for each storm water sewer or drain orderedconstructed by it under this act, the governing body of any such city mayissue general obligation bonds in an amount not exceeding fifty thousanddollars. Such bonds shall be issued, registered, sold and delivered inaccordance with the provisions of the general bond law and may be issuedwithout a vote of the electors. Such bonds shall not be subject to orwithin any debt limitation now or hereafter provided by law.
