13-10,109.   Same; special assessments; regulation by city.After the execution of a contract as provided for in K.S.A. 13-10,107,the governing body of any such city shall be authorized to assess againstthe property located in such special benefit district the total cost ofsuch improvements in the same manner as if such property were locatedwithin the corporate limits of such city, together with all other sewertaxes as is provided for in this act, and thereafter all ordinances of thecity regulating the operation of sewers shall be effective in such districtto the same extent and in the same manner as if such district was locatedwithin the corporate limits of such city.
