Article 10.--PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

     
13-10,122.   Same; limitations.
No bonds shall be issued under the authority of this act in excess of
the total sum of three hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($375,000):
Provided, In cities having a population of more than one hundred
thirty thousand (130,000) and not more than one hundred fifty thousand
(150,000), bonds issued under the authority of this act shall not exceed a
total amount of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000).
