13-10,122.   Same; limitations.No bonds shall be issued under the authority of this act in excess ofthe total sum of three hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($375,000):Provided, In cities having a population of more than one hundredthirty thousand (130,000) and not more than one hundred fifty thousand(150,000), bonds issued under the authority of this act shall not exceed atotal amount of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000).
