13-10,129.   Ordinance creating district, required provisions; filing ofcopies.The governing body of the city shall provide by ordinance for thecreation of storm drainage districts. Such ordinance shall designate thedistrict by appropriate name or number, define and fix the boundaries ofthe district, contain a map showing the location of the same, and shall bepublished once in the official city newspaper. A certified copy of suchordinance shall be filed in the office of the county clerk and the registerof deeds of such county.
