Article 10.--PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

     
13-10,129.   Ordinance creating district, required provisions; filing of
copies.
The governing body of the city shall provide by ordinance for the
creation of storm drainage districts. Such ordinance shall designate the
district by appropriate name or number, define and fix the boundaries of
the district, contain a map showing the location of the same, and shall be
published once in the official city newspaper. A certified copy of such
ordinance shall be filed in the office of the county clerk and the register
of deeds of such county.
