Article 10.--PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

     
13-10,132.   Same; tax levies.
The governing body of any city creating a storm drainage district under
the provisions of this act is hereby authorized to levy an annual tax of
not to exceed three (3) mills upon all of the property located within the
district for the purpose of providing funds for the payment of the costs of
constructing, reconstructing, repairing and maintaining storm sewers and
drains within such district.
