13-10,142.   Same; disposition of moneys; use.
All moneys derived from taxes levied by any city under the authority of
K.S.A. 13-10,141 shall be placed in a special flood damage repair fund and
shall be used only for the purposes set forth in K.S.A. 13-10,141.
