Article 12.--PUBLIC UTILITIES

      13-1217.   Same; ordinance.The ordinances granting such privileges shall be enacted as otherordinances of the city, but the same shall not be subject to any of thespecial proceedings, requirements or limitations imposed by K.S.A. 13-2801.
