Chapter 13.--CITIES OF THE FIRST CLASS

Article 12.--PUBLIC UTILITIES

      13-1222.   Same; meetings, records, quorum, salary and expenses, qualifications.The board shall hold meetings regularly at least once in each week and shalldesignate the time and place thereof. It shall adopt its own rules of proceduresand keep a record of its proceedings. All meetings, records and accountsof the board shall be public. Four (4) members shall constitute a quorumfor the transaction of business, and any action by the board shall requirean affirmative vote of not less than four (4) members thereof. The salaryof the members of the board of public utilities shall be one hundred dollars($100) per month, and such members shall be entitled to their actual andnecessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties as membersof the board of public utilities, but only if such expenses are verifiedby receipts which shall be available for inspection by the city governingbody. Members of the board of public utilities shall be qualified electors of the city.
