13-1223a.   Same; collection of sewer service charges.The board of public utilities shall, at the direction of the governing bodyof the city, bill, collect and enforce collection of sewer service chargesthrough the administrative departments of the board in accordance with rulesand regulations and on terms and conditions established by the governingbody of the city.
