13-1228g.   Same; duty of court.If the court finds the decision of the board is lawful and reasonable, itshall render judgment sustaining the decision. The clerkof the court shall transmit to the board three certified copies of the judgmentof the court. In such event, the board's rate decision will go into effectas of the date such decision was made.

      If the court finds the decision of the board is unlawful or unreasonablein whole or in part and vacates or sets aside the decision in whole or inpart, the court shall make findings of fact and conclusions of law. Uponfinal judgment, the clerk of the court shall transmit to the board threecertified copies of the judgment of the court and the findings of fact andconclusions of law.
