13-1228h.   Same; appeal to court of appeals.The state court of appeals shall have jurisdiction of appealsfrom decisions of the district court made pursuant to this section. Appellateproceedings shall have precedence in the court of appeals. Notwithstandingthe provisions of K.S.A. 60-2101, thestate supreme court shall not have appellate jurisdiction of decisions ofthe district court or state court of appeals rendered pursuant to this section.Except as provided by this section, the procedure upon appeal shall be thesame as in other civil actions.
