13-1228j.   Same; invalidity of part.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any persons orcircumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisionsor application of the act which can be given effect without the invalidprovisions or application and to this end the provisions of this act aredeclared to be severable.
