13-1244.   Same; limitation.In no case in which revenue bonds are issued under and by virtue of thisact shall any revenue bonds be issued for the improvement of any publiclevee and improvements thereon in excess of the actual cost of same, plusan amount necessary to take up and pay for or make an exchange for anyoutstanding revenue bonds issued under and by virtue of this act.
