      13-1252.   Revenue bonds for water and electricity in certain citiesover 120,000; definitions."Municipality" as used in this act means municipality as defined byK.S.A. 10-101. "Utility" as used in this act means any instrumentality orfacility of a revenue-producing character owned and operated by amunicipality or operated for such municipality by a board of control orboard of public utilities, as provided by law, for use in serving thepublic with water and electricity. "Revenue bonds" as used in this actmeans bonds issued by any municipality in this state to be paid exclusivelyfrom the revenue derived from the operation of such utility.
