13-1257.   Revenue bonds for water and electricity in certain cities;terms; limitation.Revenue bonds issued under the terms of this act shall mature not more thanforty years after thedate of their issuance. Said bonds shall be sold in such manner as the citydetermines and shall bear interest at a rate not toexceed the maximum rate of interest prescribed by K.S.A. 10-1009,payable in the manner determined by the city. The total amount of bonds which may beissued under the terms of this act shall not exceed the cost of theproject.
