13-1277.   Same; transfer of properties and funds to city.Whenever the title to the properties of any township water system shallbe transferred to and shall vest in any city of the first class under theprovisions of this act, the township board of such township shall forthwithtransfer all property, equipment, records, reports and funds belonging tosuch water system to such city of the first class or board of publicutilities.
