Article 13a.--MUNICIPAL UNIVERSITIES

     
13-13a03.   Established municipal university; management and control;
rights and powers.
The management and control of the municipal university established under
the provisions of article 13a of chapter 13 of Kansas Statutes Annotated
shall be vested
in a board to be known as the board of regents of ______________
university of______________ (filling out the first blank with the name
of the university and the second blank with the name of the
municipality). By such name the municipal university may sue and be
sued, issue contracts and hold such real and personal property as it may
acquire. Such university shall possess the usual powers of a
corporation for public purposes.
