13-13a03.   Established municipal university; management and control;rights and powers.The management and control of the municipal university established underthe provisions of article 13a of chapter 13 of Kansas Statutes Annotatedshall be vestedin a board to be known as the board of regents of ______________university of______________ (filling out the first blank with the nameof the university and the second blank with the name of themunicipality). By such name the municipal university may sue and besued, issue contracts and hold such real and personal property as it mayacquire. Such university shall possess the usual powers of acorporation for public purposes.
