13-13a11.   Management of university; authority of regents.Such board of regents shall be vested with all powers, authority andcontrol belonging to or vested in such municipal university with respectto the management of the estate, property and funds given, transferred,covenanted or pledged to such municipal universityin trust or otherwise for such municipal university.
