13-13a14.   Use of university property for other than university purposes;rules governing.The board of regents of said municipal university shall have power toprescribe rules, regulations, compensation and charges, if any, for theuse; and to prescribe the purpose and manner of use, by persons,associations and corporations of the lands or buildings of said universityor any part thereof at such times as the same are not required for the useof said university and those attending thereat. Such moneys received bythe university shall be credited to the general fund of theuniversity. Said board shall havepower to prescribe the fees or charges, if any, such persons, associationsor corporations may exact for attendance at or participation in the use sopermitted.
