13-13a17.   Cooperation between governmental agencies and board of regents.The board of regents of such municipal university is authorized to cooperatewith any board of education and with all agencies of the city, state orfederal government for the furtherance of education. The governing bodyof any municipal or taxing subdivision of the state may set apart or appropriateas a site for the buildings and grounds of such municipal university orany of its departments any public grounds not specifically appropriatedor dedicated to any other use and any board of education of any such municipal[*] may, for a like purpose, set apart, convey or lease for a term of years,to and for the use of said municipal university any grounds or buildingsowned or controlled by such board.
