Article 13a.--MUNICIPAL UNIVERSITIES

      13-13a20.   Annual report of regents.The board of regents of the municipal university shall make a written report,as soon after July 1 of each year as is possible, to the governor and tothe governing body of the city in which the university is located andsubmit a copy thereof to the board of education of each school districtall or any portion of the territory of which is located within thetaxing district of the municipal university and, if the taxing districtof the municipal university is extended to the entire territory of thecounty in which the municipal university is located, to the board ofcounty commissioners of the county. Thereport shall state fully thestatus and progress of the university, both educationally andfinancially, during the fiscal year immediately preceding, and suchother information regarding the university as theboard of regentsshall determine.
