13-13a20a.   Invalidity of part.If any section or provision of this act shall be found invalid by anycourt, it shall be conclusively presumed that this act would have beenpassed by the legislature without such individual section or provision, andthe act as a whole shall not be declared invalid by reason of the fact thatone or more sections or provisions may be found invalid by any court.
