Article 13a.--MUNICIPAL UNIVERSITIES

     
13-13a21.   Property to be held in name of university.
All property, whether real, personal or mixed, heretofore or hereafter
acquired by any municipal university to which this act applies shall be
taken and held in the name of the said municipal university.
