Article 13a.--MUNICIPAL UNIVERSITIES

     
13-13a37.   Same; fees; use.
The board may provide for the charging and collection of fees for the
use of parking facilities at the university, and these and all fees for
misuse of parking areas so collected shall be placed in a separate account
and may be used by the university for the
payment of the expense of enforcing the rules and regulations governing
parking and speed limits and the construction, maintenance and repair of
parking facilities at the university.
