13-13a37.   Same; fees; use.The board may provide for the charging and collection of fees for theuse of parking facilities at the university, and these and all fees formisuse of parking areas so collected shall be placed in a separate accountand may be used by the university for thepayment of the expense of enforcing the rules and regulations governingparking and speed limits and the construction, maintenance and repair ofparking facilities at the university.
