Article 13.--PARKS, PARKWAYS, BOULEVARDS AND PLAYGROUNDS

     
13-1329.   Cost paid from fund of district.
The cost of improving and maintaining parks, parkways and boulevards
established in any park district or districts within the city limits shall
be paid from the park fund of the district in which such park, parkway or
boulevard is situated, except as is herein otherwise provided.
