13-1336.   Changes at intersections.When the construction or improvement of any boulevard shall necessitatea change of grade or a reconstruction of sidewalks, curbing or pavementupon the streets or alleys intersecting any boulevard, the board of parkcommissioners shall have power and authority to do all work on suchintersecting streets, avenues or alleys necessary to make the grade and theimprovements thereof conform, and the expense of such work shall be deemeda part of the expense of the improvement of such boulevard.
