13-1336.   Changes at intersections.
When the construction or improvement of any boulevard shall necessitate
a change of grade or a reconstruction of sidewalks, curbing or pavement
upon the streets or alleys intersecting any boulevard, the board of park
commissioners shall have power and authority to do all work on such
intersecting streets, avenues or alleys necessary to make the grade and the
improvements thereof conform, and the expense of such work shall be deemed
a part of the expense of the improvement of such boulevard.
