Article 13.--PARKS, PARKWAYS, BOULEVARDS AND PLAYGROUNDS

     
13-1338.   Duty of city treasurer.
The city treasurer shall keep a complete and accurate record of all
money raised by taxation or received in any way for the acquiring or
maintenance of public parks, streets, and boulevards, and shall pay said
funds upon and in accordance with warrants issued by the board of park
commissioners.
