13-1341.   Lights.It shall be the duty of the governing body to provide, erect andmaintain such lights as may be reasonably necessary for the lighting ofpublic parks, parkways, and boulevards, upon the making, by the board ofpark commissioners, of an order prescribing the location and kind of lightsdeemed necessary by such board and the presentation to said governing bodyof a certified copy thereof.
