Article 13.--PARKS, PARKWAYS, BOULEVARDS AND PLAYGROUNDS

     
13-1341.   Lights.
It shall be the duty of the governing body to provide, erect and
maintain such lights as may be reasonably necessary for the lighting of
public parks, parkways, and boulevards, upon the making, by the board of
park commissioners, of an order prescribing the location and kind of lights
deemed necessary by such board and the presentation to said governing body
of a certified copy thereof.
