13-1343.   Contractor's bond.
All contractors shall give bond for the performance of contracts entered
into with the board of park commissioners of any city for the performing of
any work or the furnishing of any materials amounting to more than one
hundred dollars in a sum equal to the contract price, conditioned upon the
faithful performance of all the provisions of the contract, and with
security to be approved by the board of park commissioners.
