13-1343.   Contractor's bond.All contractors shall give bond for the performance of contracts enteredinto with the board of park commissioners of any city for the performing ofany work or the furnishing of any materials amounting to more than onehundred dollars in a sum equal to the contract price, conditioned upon thefaithful performance of all the provisions of the contract, and withsecurity to be approved by the board of park commissioners.
