13-1348c.   Investment of airport funds of certain cities; disposition of interest.Any airport authorityor, if such authority has not been established,any board of park commissioners created pursuant to K.S.A. 13-1346, oramendments thereto, may invest any portion of an airport fund not neededfor immediate use, if operating pursuant to K.S.A. 10-1116 and 79-2925, andamendments thereto, in investments authorized by K.S.A. 12-1675, and amendments thereto, in themanner prescribed therein. All interest received from such investmentsplus the principalthereof shall be paid into the fund which provided the funds for theoriginal investment.
