Article 13.--PARKS, PARKWAYS, BOULEVARDS AND PLAYGROUNDS

     
13-1354.   Clerk of board may administer oaths.
The clerk of the board of park commissioners shall have power to
administer oaths in all matters where an oath is required by any law.
