13-1358.   Same; name.The governing body of such city shall establish by ordinance an officialname for any such military memorial park, recreation or athletic field, bywhich name it shall at all times be designated and known, and the using ordesignation by any other name by any lessee thereof shall constitute aforfeiture of any lease or permit of the organization so doing.
