Article 13.--PARKS, PARKWAYS, BOULEVARDS AND PLAYGROUNDS

     
13-1377.   Same; title to land.
Title to the land condemned for parking stations shall vest in the city
upon the giving of notice by the commissioners appointed to appraise and
assess damages as specified in article 2, chapter 26, of the Kansas
Statutes Annotated and any amendments thereto.
