Article 13.--PARKS, PARKWAYS, BOULEVARDS AND PLAYGROUNDS

     
13-1381.   Same; invalidity of part.
If any part or parts, words or phrases or any section shall be held to
be unconstitutional, such unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity
of the remaining parts of this act and it shall be conclusively presumed
that the legislature would have passed this act without such part or parts
which shall be held to be unconstitutional.
