13-1381.   Same; invalidity of part.If any part or parts, words or phrases or any section shall be held tobe unconstitutional, such unconstitutionality shall not affect the validityof the remaining parts of this act and it shall be conclusively presumedthat the legislature would have passed this act without such part or partswhich shall be held to be unconstitutional.
