Article 13.--PARKS, PARKWAYS, BOULEVARDS AND PLAYGROUNDS

     
13-1387.   Same; bond election; validation of prior proceedings.
All bonds issued under this act shall be issued in the manner provided
by law and any such bonds so issued shall be excluded from all the
limitations contained in K.S.A. 13-1320 in determining the amount of bonds
which said city may issue under the provisions of said section:
Provided, That such bonds shall first be authorized by a majority of
the qualified electors of such city voting on such proposition at an
election duly called and held as provided by law: Provided further,
That all proceedings heretofore taken in connection with the holding of any
such election and the issuance of such bonds be and they are hereby
validated.
